Proposed Amendments to the Water Quality Regulations, Water Code and Comprehensive Plan to Classify the Lower Delaware River as Special Protection Waters (SPW)

Please note that the earliest commission meeting date when action could be taken on this Proposed Rulemaking is the
July 16, 2008 DRBC meeting. The commissioners voted to extend the temporary SPW designation for the Lower Delaware through
July 31, 2008 at the May 14, 2008 DRBC meeting (view Resolution).
