There is a little town of Passer in Upper Bucks county on a road called Richlandtown Pike between Hellertown and Richlandtown. There is an old school house there where they hold the Passer Community day once a year. There is also a Passer Road that leads to Passer from Rt. 309 just north of Coopersburg, Pa.
