Mrs. Martha S. Goodnoe, 78, wife of the late Garrett P. Goodnoe, died Mar, 28 at her home 125 N. Sycamore St., Newtown. Born in Oxford Valley, she was the daughter of the late C. Yardley and Mabel McCummings Stradling
Surviving are a son, Courtland Y., of Newtown; a sister, Mrs. Edna S. Matthews of Paoli and seven grandchildren.
Mrs. Goodnoe was a member of the Newtown Methodist Church and its Woman's Society of Christian Service.
Services were held Mar. 30 from the Newtown Methodist Church Liberty and Green Sts. Rev. Paul E. Chreiman, the paster, officiated. Interment was in Newtown Cemetery under the direction of the Charles F. Swartz Funeral Home, New.
